I've been in the retail automotive business for over 17 years - from salesman to management. I am not a typical salesman. As a college educated professional, I'm very seasoned and skilled in Hi line, New and Preowned vehicles. Also 3 years as a a loan officer for top national bank.

As a Car Buying Advisor, I provide the following services to my clients:

- Assist car buyer in getting a fair deal.
- Explain the industry terms to help them understand the process.
- help them figure out which way is better if they lease or purchase.
- Explain lease terms and what they should be aware of.
- How to negotiate.
- Compare vehicles and help them select the options they prefer.
- Coach them about what to ask for.
- Support and back their decisions when they have a good deal.
- Guide then through the entire buying process.

Wally -- what an interesting business you have and it sounds like a service your customer's really appreciate.

I can definitely see the value of this type of service throughout the country.

The car buying process can be very difficult to maneuvre - especially for those of us who aren't as savvy about cars and the industry as you are - glad you're putting it to use to help your customers.
